Services
MyStreamingPro provides remote services for streamers and content creators, including OBS Studio setup, audio and video interface setup, microphone setup and optimization, planning, consultation, and coaching. All services are conducted remotely using AnyDesk or other screen-sharing tools as necessary. Session limits, duration, and the scope of each service are defined in the service description.
Pricing & Payment
All services have fixed prices. Customized services may be priced individually after prior agreement. Payments are currently accepted via PayPal and PayPal SEPA, and additional payment methods may be added in the future. Prices are shown in the service description and must be paid in full before the session, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds are available only up to 24 hours before the scheduled service, minus any PayPal fees. Cancellations within 24 hours may receive a 50% refund, or as agreed individually. Rescheduling is free and considered separately from cancellations.
Customer Accounts & Software
Customers must use their own accounts for streaming platforms and related services. No account credentials are required to be shared with MyStreamingPro. Services are limited to the software described in the service package or necessary for its execution. While MyStreamingPro will correct any issues caused by setup, no liability is assumed for software malfunction caused by the setup.
Remote Access & Tools
Services are primarily delivered via AnyDesk. Alternative screen-sharing tools may be used for additional fees due to increased time or effort.
Post-Service Support
Ongoing support is included. MyStreamingPro will answer all questions related to completed services, usually within minutes or hours. Minor remote fixes for previous services are provided free of charge. Support is offered for the lifetime of the service.
Results & Liability
MyStreamingPro delivers the best possible results depending on customer hardware, software, environment, and personal factors such as voice, room acoustics, and system performance. OBS setup results depend on the customer’s encoding hardware. Audio setup results are influenced by hardware, room acoustics, and personal voice characteristics. No guaranteed perfect results are provided, but optimized solutions are given based on the circumstances. MyStreamingPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the service performed as described in the booking.
Age Requirement
Customers must be of legal age or otherwise legally competent to enter into contracts.
Privacy
Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.
